The Thing Tank - An Online Component

This year, one of the innovations we are including into the think tank is an online component. We're hoping that participants will come to this tink tank, not as individuals, but as teams. And those ten persons would together participate in the on line component of this programme maybe two of them would come in person to the institute. So those two from that team, an team of ten, would remain in touch with those ten, and those ten would have access to some of what is happening here. After the institute, we would have a post conference on line component to help those teams an implement, essentially, a solution to the challenge that they came up with.
