The left is trying to protect small cultures from the dominating forces of rationality, he says. The new liberals want to make the world fully rational, and we're going to do it through a market economy,. But it's the same thing as these utopian socialists who wanted to do it with planned economy. Either way, they want to forcibly remove religions - possibly just because they're irrational.
