In Herson region, they occupied since 24th of February, the capital of the Herson Oblast. So basically, we are in a situation when Russia declared those territories as its territories. And I think this is the first case in history when somebody claims to annex a territory which he doesn't really control. But important thing is to understand that we are not no more in this kind of normality. It's not normal to proclaim territories which don't belong to your country as yours. Yes, this is surrealist."
