The Relationship Between Dose Response and Muscle Growth
The sets that we do across the workout aren't all equal to each other, even though we've been talking about this dose response and stimulating reps. So when you look at long rest periods, short rest periods, you end up with massive amounts of different outcomes in terms of where the hypertrophy kind of peaks off. I think that is a really, really interesting question for us to start digging into, same physiologically, why is this happening?
