A group of people were surveying the field to see if any circles would appear that night, and also probably looking out for hoaxers. The lead gentleman said there's just no way i should have done it, but for some reason, even as i was standing up there looking down into the field i felt compelled for us to put a formation in there that night. So they then go out into the field, right in front of all these people watching, and they start work creating a hoax pattern in the crops. A bank of fog moved in, obscuring their presence from those observers at the edge of the field. Fog that the circle makers insist from their vantage was never there.
