The Implications of Elon Musk's Open Source Report

The Department of Defense has been really good, literally leading the globe on ethical AI and application. But from that strong position, we have to now start like implementing to a much greater degree. I can't believe it's a technical motive, because I think technically, we're on pretty solid ground even with large language models which are new.
