My ruling is just sweat. It's like sweat for movement. If you can get a sweat out of movement, then you're like, okay, you did well for the day. This is a big promoter of sleep on just all levels. Choose nutrient dense meals from real food sources. And ideally focus on more of the protein and fat combination.
