I'd build on the sleep by also adding an exercise, something outdoors. Do you try and ask yourself, have I done these things today? Have you held yourself accountable to these things? How does that work for you? Yes, yes. For me, it will often be in the reflection that I'll do when journaling. So thinking this is my intention, this is what I want to try and do,. That will then hopefully set me up for success for the rest of the day.
