conflict resolution is, you know, people get paid a lot of money. And then you have to, to do this kind of thing in like corporate environments. I think that there's a temptation to also downplay the badness of what they're doing. You can't avoid both of those pitfalls. It's a skill. Mm hmm. Um, but I'm not sure I understand fully. If it is happening this way, if I, if my, if I understand this correctly, uh, we, we need to change it,. But I want to make sure I understand you fully, understand your position. Because maybe you don't. Right?
