The Beauty of Free Digital Skills
One of the problems with adult education, I think, is no one understands it. Even when you speak to experts, they describe it as a labyrinth. And so governments cut it, frankly, because no one notices. So there's a beauty in just a simple offer, which people sort of intuitively understand and can relate to. If you make the thing too personalised, too complex, difficult to navigate, it falls by the wayside.
