It's probably about 15 to 20 minutes a day. So you're working on glute, me doing sort of, sort of, isolateral or single leg movements. Do you do step ups? Any work on boxes? I do too. And how many miles on average do you run per week? It's changed aA few years ago, I actually didn't really put in that much mileage.
