Can You Build Random Tunnels Between Different Pieces of Software?

The protocol between a cable server and the outside world is public. But anybody can establish kind of a dirp session, like they can build dirt tunnels between each other. The total amount of data exchanged over this tunnel is capped really low. And i'm pretty confident that if you need some tittle reflection thing in the cloud, dirp is going to be, like, way more convenient for you, right? We just have to be likhe less convenient than dirt.
