The Third Chair in Baseball

In cricket, it's possible to hit a ball very, very high in the air. And if a ball gets caught in the air, the batter is out. In baseball, you can't record a run with two outs until the out at first base is settled or until all the force outs are settled. The person that hit the ball never ran to first base. They just started celebrating and then they ended up losing the game over time. It's like when you see people just drop the football and start celebrating right before they cross the goal line. I'm not going to lie. It's very satisfying to watch.
