Blockchain and Cryptocurrency - What's Next?

A way to hide an if statement inside a public key. That is pretty interesting for a different reason, which is good for privacy. Different types of transactions all end up looking like single signatures unless the if branch is needed. So it's more contemporary. It would be amazing to see it implemented into Bitcoin.
