The new shepherd system is probably about the most elegant solution you could have to a suborbital space launch and landing, because it is so smooth. Since that first failure they had when they were unable to recover the rocket, they've recovered everything every through some pretty dynamic tests. The only other spack related thing that i want to talk about is what to do about launch companies that are public and attempting to launch a rocket? Cause there's been some really hay wire stuff.
