Introduction
Stephen O'Malley is a musician, composer, curator, and visual artist. He has collaborated with Scott Walker, the late Alvin Lucier, and extensively with Callie Malone. This interview was recorded live at the Big Ears Festival in March of 2023. The first song O'Malley chose as being formative for him was, Give Me the Cure by Fugazi.
