Fruit is good for us, particularly at this age and stage. Try and go fresh and try and go whole fruits because we get all the goodness then. If you're looking for a sweet craving, a few raisins, absolutely fine,. A date, a dried fig. But again, just have it with a little bit of protein, you know, little slice of cheese, cottage cheese, something like that. And I really think if you can get those in place, other bits will fall. Really try and get your breakfast in place. It doesn't have to be a huge breakfast. It can be a quick breakfast. This one will have two golden rules, breakfast and protein
