I'm sure at certain times in your career you probably haven't been confident because I certainly know a lot of the students I work with, especially when they're starting out to be. So maybe can you reflect on any time in your career or whether it still happens for you, but the imposter syndrome or the feeling of the blank page is just overwhelming. How do you deal or what strategies can you recommend to become that lack of belief in themselves and just to move through it?
