Some of the sane, very few sane medical professionals and epidemiologists on twitter, are constantly tweating about public health. And always saying it as if it's a bad thing. You need to become progressively stupide in order to continue to believe in the people that yono shut down trials on cheap, effective drugs because they're not profitable for pharmocedical companies. These are the same kinds of people who would tell us everything's fine, and only a crank would think there's anything wrong with the present system exactly.
