GPC4 and all its predecessors are still bad at planning because it doesn't plan. And that's why a lot of people are giving credit for these days, which is dreaming rather than being practical. We're definitely in the many a phase of AI where completely trivial projects that were done in a day get hundreds of thousands of GitHub stars. So people definitely want to dream and they're very interested in the AI future and more power to them. But for the rest of us, either you want to get on the hype train and sell dreams to people or you figure out practical usage in your day jobs and apply that.
