Xi Jinping's Judgment of Taiwan
I would like to think that Xi Jinping is a purely rational actor, and he looks at what Putin did and thinks, well, that was stupid. But I also recognize we just don't know because it's a very complex mixture of information flows,. but also intuition and judgments by Xi Jinping about alternatives if I don't take a given choice. And then I just wonder if sometimes like information is really only one small input into the larger matrix of decision making.
