The Influence of Floods on My Career
John Cooper Clark was a great influence on the early part of my career. He really pushed that whole thing and you know it's the guy's genius. I tape up for Martin with John Cooper Clark in about 1981. It was end of 81 maybe early 82 he was sober and normalI was so green I wouldn't f****** go to his house. There was great talent there but they kind of locked themselves awayYeah by all means I just sort of shoved T through the door. Me fires for them. Yeah.
