When i started nursing, forty three years ago, patients were up walking before they got to go home. A lot of um nurses now are caring for five of these patients on telematry units. They need closer watch an that's why we were going for the less patients per nurse. Well, we had frequent meetings with our nurses, and we kept them up dated. The whole time. It was communication. If you do not have the communication with your your fellow employees, you're not going to have the backing. Ive been a nurse at saint v Vincent's for forty three years. And i've been on the committee of our m and a committee at saint vincent's hospital
