How to Be a Police Chief?
Being a police should be one of those jobs that's like, it isn't every tom dick and harry who wants to do it. The military a model makes sense to me in some regards for that. Like it to weed out the peoples hard to do the training to become a navy seal. You're going to end up with some psychos at the end, because there are going to be that. But for the most part, i think you're weeding out like the lazies and the people who aren't dedicated.
