Investing in the Uranium Fuel Cycle?

Mike: I'm having a hard time just getting my head around the very highest level of ok, a guy like mike focusis on the uranium fuel cycle. This transition to get from where we are to day to the kind of nuclear renaissance that i think we all agree is needed will involve much more investment in building all of the plants than it is going to be in buying fuel. Cause the fuel's a very small piece of this. So do i make more money as an investor in investing in this industry, or in speculating on the price of the fuel, or on doing both? How do i weigh those things? What are all the options?
