I think that if you, it's hard, because everything about our culture really wants to reinforce the boundaries around yourself. But if you can try to like let go of that, and really like shift your focus from these like supposed individual entities to ties between them, then what happens when you're with a friend combined is something in and of itself. And there's an exchange that's happening in there, like the beat, you know, the beans going back and forth. So I think like things like asking for help is like just if you're having a problem as an individual and you ask someone for help, like that is actually how most like friendships are built - by helping each other.
