Is Red Meat a Problem?

Excess choline will be metabolized by that bad microbiome into a compound called trimethylamine or TMA, which is stickiest substance produced in the body. Lines your arteries and your liver and causes metabolic dysfunction by itself. Red meat is not great, but it's not because of the saturated fat. They're on even chain fatty acids and cardiovascular disease and diabetes demonstrate neutrality. Basically, they don't help. They don't hurt. They're not good. Our chain fatty acids with that phospholipid signature, i.e. dairy, are actually good.
