Cascade is torn by I think Mary your point is so well taken that a cascade with transparency. And then you can maybe add education on top of the cascade with a comment in that further refined and improves the outcome of that culture. What do we think about adding adding comments to culture results. It's like my favorite game right but all right let's do comments and then come back to break points but break points are okay.
