Don't Waste Your Team's Time
The most important thing you can do as a leader is to stay on schedule. Don't make people sit around waiting for you. I mean, one of the things that i really appreciate about a boss is that they never waste a minute of my time. And then so that's, i guess, the first thing when i talk about wasting your team's time.
