Peggy on Brooke - A Book Review

Brooke: I can see how hybrid memoirs would kind of sidestep some of those biases because they automatically prove themselves to a broad readership. that's really fascinating and I actually hadn't given too much thought to that fraught relationship with memoir but of course you have. Peggy is a really likable narrator so I enjoyed hanging out with her she writes a lot about her dad who she spends time with during covid via zoom while she's making her fleece into yarn and he is a really sweet character there's a tenderness there.
