The Effect of Age on Regrets

There were some differences between men and women in sort of like the surface domain, so that men were more likely to have career regrets. But as people get older, it's not even close. Over time, what really sticks with us are regrets of inaction. And by the 30s, 40s, certainly 50s, 60s, 70s, the inaction regrets, outnumber the action regrets by a massive margin.

Human beings are undeniably complex, and what motivates us can often be a mystery, even to ourselves. So, how do we go about gathering and analyzing the data that will help us answer the most fundamental questions about our lives and our purpose?
