The Importance of Speaking Up

Robbie Kaplan: If we all just start saying what happened, we will have made a huge step forward. The thing why men have been getting away with how this cultural sexual violence is a lot to go on and on because the victims are silent. They are ashamed, they don't want to speak. But if each of us starts just speaking up and telling the story, it'll be stopped. That's exactly it. It's really quite simple. You know, Weinstein had to happen. It was women standing up.
