Do You Need a Law Firm to Do a Plan of Reorganization?

We converted a hedge fund into an e t f in december and did the plan to re work. Had a top law firm that was already identified by the sponsor, worked with our council. We get cost down, but would not recommend the bar basement. If someone wants to work with you guys, can they just say, hey, put us in touch with your legal team? And we deftly arrange that.
