When i was at c la, on my blog, and id just for no particular reason, begun reading think tank health care policy proposals. By the time it actually became an issue in american politics to report on, i had a very unusually deep knowledge of health care policy,. I didn't have great sources. And so when that began happening, i could deliver pretty good news, reporting an analysis, very fast. It is all built on finding the next nugget of news.
