Seemal: We live at a local level and we have a physical, social, even socially distant or otherwise a social relationship with people as a physical space. And then in the virtual space, you know, there's the opportunity, whether it's like a political that has a global platform connecting public servants all over the world. Seemal: I feel like that what drives learning is friction; if we're only talking to people that already agree with us, there's really no learning.
