The Speedy Trial Report
The speedy trial basically says you have to get to the trial within about 70 days. DOJ has to file these reports to say like officially how many days have been clocked in the progression towards speedy trial. The government doesn't really have an opportunity to rush a defendant to prepare for trial, it's usually the other way around.
