The American People Should Have a Say in the Supreme Court Nomination

senate majority leadermich mconel made the argument that an election year was not a good time to consider a supreme court justice. There is clear precedent behind the predictable outcome that came out of twenty sixteen, and there is even more overwhelming precedent behind the fact that this senate will vote on this nomination this year. Leader mc connell as basically decided the rules don't apply to republicans, even their own rules. It's just brute political force. And so again, what it suggests is, you know, from the point of view of democrats, you might sorter say, mister McConnel is a bad person....
