Is the CFTC the Best Regulator for Cryptocurrency?
The US Securities and Exchange Commission, the SEC, typically does not get involved in anything that looks like a commodity. But then over on the other side, you have somebody which literally has commodities in the name,. The CFTC, which is like, Hey, we're here and we're very interested in doing these things. Now, one of the things that we've talked a lot about on this podcast is that everything else in crypto that's not Bitcoin or Ether seems to be up for grabs.
