How Did You Come to This Realization?

One of the benefits of being at thoworks is we get to work do different things for different clients. One was around e a autonymous teams and sot of enabling anew yo. And when we cleared the easy stuff, adding more tests or whanever, all of it became about architecture. As soon as you've done that,  the real gains are in refracturing your code,. making sure that teams are really independent at that one story can be delivered by a single team.
