Calcaneal Squeeze Tests for Foot Pain

The most distinguishing and specific test that you can do to kind of confirm that diagnosis is what's called the calcaneal squeeze test. Knowing where the muscle originates where the tendon attaches can be really helpful and illuminating. You might have maybe a little tendinopathy and i think it's this muscle or this tendon that's the culprit right. And so dictating a lot of using that that thought of anatomy and knowing what the job is of each muscle group can bereally helpful to identify some of that.
