When you came out in 2001 pre-GRA even, where were you looking for information on trans people? The transsexual internet, of course. It's still surprising to walk into the conference hall, which is full of people and see that all of them are trans. I was so isolated back in the 90s. How unsophisticated a naive child I couldn't foresee that trans would become a commodity. We stand at the crossroads of gender balanced on the sharp edge of a knife. Like, it's possibly the most emotive phrase in the world for me. For this place, it was actually not that far from my house. There was a place like this in New York
