How to Be a Better Service Designer

People get stuck moving from this great idea and seeing this opportunity of what would happen when you and people, processes, systems are more aligned. One like sort of easier and good starting point is becoming aware of what the services are that your organization provides generally. Not all services are as important as each other. So one good place to start is to visualize a service like an important one, one that would touch quite a lot of people across the organization but not just in any way.
