What Does Winning Mean?

To me, i's clear o build a multi billion dollar business. What does winning mean too? Because you can, you can do a lot of things where the result is just no one really wins enormously. I think 15 years ago, would have been dead bynow. Dont know. But because procurement is anging so much now, i actually think the rules are very different. It's very hard for an incumbent to lock out a start up with ha count control,. Just because, a, the decisions have been federated to the edge now and it's the developer with a credit card.
