Labour lost the last election because it was putting up a leader who wasn't fit for that role. It also spent quite a long time trying to defy the referendum results, something I was completely opposed to right from the start. The combination of an absolutely disgraceful leader on the Labour side plus a charismatic leader on the Troy side meant that Labour got thrashed. So I think we might be undergoing a really rapid recovery by the Labour Party even from the worst defeat since 1935 - perhaps even to the point where it might win the next election.
