What Advice Do You Have for Leaders?

In the past, work was something that you did to make a living and put food on the table. But now people are coming up through life asking their jobs to fill all of those gaps. And it puts massive new pressures on una company leader. Very few companies do an effective job of teaching things like listening, empathy or how to have a difficult conversation. These are skills not included in our performance reviews. Your production is included in your performance review. Ah, and so if you want t have a culture that's more people focused, then we have to make some adjustments to the manner in which we train our people.
