I would push all even further job shares. There are all sorts of ways you can think creatively about how to cover what needs to be covered. Email is killing us, right? I mean, there's just no way we need to know what is happening all the time and respond all the time. We have a lot of frontline people that are three or four people in the office. So not to break the 35 hour work rule and giving everybody the legislative time off was considered to be an abject failure.
