The Power of Argument

This show is based on the question of, can we have disagreement without wanting to insult one another? Is it even possible in our era when everyone is trying to win an argument and impress other people by demolishing, slaying another person. And if you watch any of the proceedings in the US Congress, you would despair that there was any such thing as logical, respectful disagreement. But this show is wondering if we can get it back. I wonder if you have any suggestions for us, any tips on how we go about sort of building an audience who believes this is possible,. not just possible, but as you say, important, virtuous even.
