What's Different About Cross Functional Team Chartering?
We talked about the bet charter and sailing. What's different about cross functional team chartering than just regular team chartering? I'm curious what you think about that. My gut is like a lot of it is the same, but the fact that the team might morph and that people's allegiances might be temporary or fleeting changes it a little bit. But my head goes to a lot of the same places, just maybe with a slightly different context.
