Tousson launched the first attack of this war of words in february 17 99, practically the minute that tuson's clause was signed into law. He issued an address that denounced rigot and the colored rgime of the south. Toussan said, as everyone in san domang now does, that rigo planned to re enslave the blacks the first chance he got.
