A simulation of a bullet is not a bullet, as i have said before. A bullet is not computing anything - its central qualities are purely physical. But all those things, stories, songs and soft war, they are patterns, particular patterns, that can be represented in different physical substraits. And the human mind is one such kind of abstraction. It's a special kind, but it's of a kind with those sort of things, though different too. This happens to be the basis, by the way, of the argument for the possibility of artificial general intelligence.
